The hotel, inside a large classical European-style building, underwent partial renovation in 2001. The hotel is about 40 km from the Harbin Taiping International Airport, 3km from Harbin Train Station. Rooms are midsize with the green carpets and multilevel ceilings typical of Gloria hotels -- worn but still livable. Bathrooms are small and tidy.
