Harbin Songhua River Ice and Snow Carnival is a new theme park of Harbin Ice Festival. The park is set on a frozen section of Songhua River, which connects Stalin Park and the Harbin Flood Control Monument (Harbin People Flood Control Success Memorial Tower). The 1st Harbin Songhua River Ice and Snow Carnival started on December 25, 2018 and closed at the end of February of 2019. The park has been simultaneous with other theme parks of Harbin Ice Festival since 2018. The park features many interesting ice and snow activities, such as ice slides, snowtubing, ice tank, ice dragon boat, ice kart, snowmobiling, ice biking, ice carriage, dog sledding, ice top and many others that you can not name them. It is a real paradise for those who are keen on ice and snow activities. During ice festival, many events and celebrations are held in this theme park. You should not miss this park if you visit Harbin during the ice festival.
